Strecher unit; It is used to pull the non-linear profiles coming out of the extrusion press at a critical rate by holding the two ends of the profile so that they become linear. It can be designed to be controlled by 2 people, single person or unmanned.
In the single person strecher system, there is a monitor in the unit where the operator is and a camera in the counter unit. In this way, the strecher unit on the opposite side can be controlled by the operator.
The tensioning jaws are specially designed so that they do not damage the profile during operation.
There are extra conveyor arms in front of the strecher units.
The control of the units is provided by the hydraulic system.
The stretching unit is used to straighten non-linear profiles coming out of the extrusion press by gripping both ends of the profile and applying a critical level of tensile force to bring it into a linear form.
There are three different options available:
- Single-Operator Stretching Unit
- Two-Operator Stretching Unit
- Unmanned (Fully Automatic) Stretching Unit
In the single stretching system, a monitor is located at the operator’s unit and a camera is installed at the opposite unit. This allows the operator to control the stretching unit on the opposite side as well.
The stretching jaws are specially designed to prevent damage to the profile during operation. Additional conveyor arms are positioned in front of the stretching units.
The units are controlled by a hydraulic system.
