Automatic Profile Stacking System takes the cut profiles from the finish table and places them in the aging baskets. The system can be designed according to customer’s basket dimensions and can provide precise placement according to the basket. Thanks to the automatic profile stacking system, the dead time in production is reduced. Labor savings are achieved, and accordingly, the risks of work accidents are eliminated compared to transportation with manpower.




– Extrusion Run-out conveyor- It is the conveyor on which the hot profiles coming out of the press pass during the extrusion process. The felt rolls in this conveyor are specially selected for high temperature. In addition, cooling can be provided with fans from the bottom on these conveyors, if desired.
– Cooling and transfer table – Profiles taken from the run out conveyors are transferred to the strecher system with the belts on these table.
– Bahching Belts – The profiles that have been stretched and become linear are transferred to the waiting rolls on the conveyor with these table before the final cutting saw, and begin to accumulate there.
– Finishing saw infeed conveyor belts – linear profiles wait on the waiting tables and travel to the saw for the cutting process, respectively.
